You ask for two large chips look at this from South lake

We like this KFC outlet more compare to nearby KFCs.

Poor service, my order took nearly 20 min, chips were cold and not cooked properly.

It's Kentucky Fried Chicken, it is consistently bad that it's good. The customer service is ok, and the chicken is nice an moist. Most importantly it's dirt cheap (Tuesdays), which is fantastic for plebs needing an injection of vitamin C (Chicken!).

Staff very rude, no menu at all on board as it's been broken for nearly 4 week's so the staff told us by rolling eyes, asked for half and half (half normal half hot & spicy) .. only got two pieces hot spicy, no rib pieces at all.. staff more interested in talking about the car he wants to get..very very disappointed.. just glad we knew what we wanted as staff didn't want to help when we asked a few questions about different meals.. in the end we had to try and think what we had gotten before... So another customer disappointed with your store.. We will not be back..

If I could give less than one star I would. It is like a kindergarten in KFC tonight. A bunch of rude school kids with no customer service at all. At the drive through thay do not even make a effort to look or listen to customer we wanted to tell them that we were over charged but the boy and then the girl just closed the windows on us. I had to go inside to tell hem I was over charged. And then when I got home my burgers were realy not up to standers. A small peace of children 1 peace of bacon and a peace of cheese. I will never go to KFC South Lake again a total waste of money.
