Every time my wife and I come to grab the family meals, we constantly find that part of or a whole meal is missing from our order. This has been consistent throughout the last 7 months. Whilst we get apologies and the occasional voucher for the missing meal, it's beginning to become too frequent of an occurrence, without any thought into solving the issue within the establishment.

Good layout and parking available.

They forgot my order once, complete balls up i waited close to an hour for it. They offered me a voucher i went back, service was improved. And ive gone back twice, staff really need to get with the program. I think the staff are to young and have no idea at all about customer service. The last time i visited it was improved a bit more. I recommend more training for the staff.

The chicken meat is turning red and dry，is that acceptable？I do not know how long has it been stored. Not satisfy with that！

Went to KFC Pennant Hills last night. Asked for 2 chicken wings and chips. The young guy (looked about 14 yrs) said he didn't know what a chicken wing was and had to ask someone. I had to ask him to repeat what he said because I thought I was hearing things. I wasn't sure whether to laugh or what. He then went to the chicken tray and pulled out a piece of chicken, held it up and asked me if it was a chicken wing. I said no it's a chicken thigh. The next piece he pulled was a chicken wing. He looked relieved. He said no one had ever asked him for a specific piece of chicken before. I looked around to make I was being filmed for some gag show. I gave him 5 stars because he was pleasant, courtesy, trying hard and it was the funniest 10mins intercounter I had forever.
