Best crispy OG chicken, don't mind the drive here vs other KFC outlets nearer to where I live

Love it! Particularly since I downloaded the app and found out how to access the secret menu. (Google it....) Sometimes the secret menu has better options than their regular deals. Friendly and helpful staff too. I go here when I have the urge to splurge on chicken.

Not so bad. Came here for dinner Much Much cleaner than Concord KFC. Place is clean.

Food is OK, service is slow and the restaurant is filthy

This place takes the "fast" out of "fast food". After waiting 10 minutes for a 3 piece pack I was told there was a 5 minute wait for chicken. 10 minutes later, after 3 other people had been given their orders, I had to ask for my food. Absolutely no organisation....dreadful

One of my favourite kfc stores..fast service and hardly ever get the order wrong.

The staff here are the biggest problem at this store they are rude,lazy,untidy,have no customer service skills and always (i mean always) forget something out of your order, whether its popcorn chicken, gravy, or sauce tgst you asked for. Its a painful store to visit

Every time I order either online or drive through there is always something missing even after I ask them if it’s all there. Hopeless customer service.

Soggy oily chicken and they forgot the potato and gravy. From the reviews here, I question the integrity of the store.
