ordered 10 wicked wings, the order taker didn't tell me the wait time it was 5 min after my order that she told me i had to wait 15 minutes i ended up almost waiting 30mins for the wings.

I ordered 10 pcs hot n spicy chicken for take away & when i got home there were only 5 pcs in the box. Not happy with customer service. They don't check the orders properly.

This was a very good experience here today, Chantelle my server today helped me get the best value price for my two box meals and the fantastic mellow yellow frozen drink was awesome, and yes we also got the crazy brain freeze from this drink. Food was acceptable and tasty as per the three piece box meals from KFC. All the usual secret herbs and spices as well. I would definitely go back and eat here again due to the way I was helped to get the best meal for a great price.

Food and the proportions are great. However, staff can be sometimes rude like rolling their eyes.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES . Gave me the wrong burger when I ordered zinger stacker and when I show them the receipt "tHat wAs aGeS aGo~" and I saw another customer with the same problem and that guy didn't even got his food. No apologies from them of course

So bad customer service and the food as well ... its a very bad experience in my life with Blacktown kfc ....

Extremely horrible!! I ordered a Popcorn Go-Bucket and got 4 pieces of Popcorn chicken and chips that were closer to the consistency of mash. Customers service was horrible too!! The girl that served me was really rude and up herself. When I asked her to repeat my order to me she rolled her eyes, slapped the receipt in my hands and just walked off! I understand the stress that comes with working in customer service but she was just plain rude!! I would not recommend this store to anyone. If you're looking for good food and friendly customer service you won't find it here!

food was over cooked, we waited very long time, staff was very unprofessional as they were eating in front of our eyes and they did not wash their hands before bringing up chips. floors were messy. not very happy. wouldn't recommended kfc westpoint
