OMG! This particular branch at Richmond Rd, Blacktown is the best! Delivers everything as advertised. Orders never gone wrong, great customer service, no reduced or stealthily mixed up chicken pieces like I’ve experienced in other venues. Get those big, juicy, Original chicken pieces from here. Finger lickin good!!

ususlly we take dinner from this KFC , but today was worst, see the photo and the service was not happy at all. the burgur was not wrapped properly and cold, I got the Burger feat today at about 7pm. when I open this was not apealing to eat. receipt number is 120059. disapointed

This store has incompetent staff. They don't know how to serve. Each time I order chips the box is half full and always check your order they make mistake all the times . Always missing items , never trust those who serve you . Management need to talk to there staff to improve customer service You don't deserve the one star I gave you to be generous.

Staff are always friendly and eager to please. Own their mistakes and correct them without attitude or fuss

This is where we ate today - the whole time all we heard was “we don’t have any chicken left” “we don’t have any chips left” poor people - o don’t think they had anything left! And they are super clean too - have a look here!

Clean premises fast service ,all food was hot and fresh ,great menu
