Why do you not give receipts with every order? Is this so you get the upper hand when someone finds missing stuff from their order? can't afford kfc much..would be nice to get ALL the order & have proof! never again

Ordered food at 8:39pm. It's 9.06 pm now and many people are waiting for thier orders. There are only two staff members at the front and no orders have been delivered. Inexperienced staff members who are arguing with each other. Extremely disappointed. You guys make a joke out of your loyal customers.

Our order was mixed up and they took awhile to get it to us. The staff were happy and they at lest looked like they wanted to be there.

This is the best KFC I have visited in NSW. There chips is world class. You can't have enough. Nice staff and cool environment with enough parking space

Went today, got 2 buckets of tenders , I think they were twice or three times cooked , they were dark brown , dry, & stringy, called & spoke to the manager , & because I didn't eat them within 45mins from purchase, he said sorry &that he can't do anything about it, I will go back to my regular KFC in emerton, where I haven't had a problem but I in Mt Druitt , that's why I thought I'd try them

I was there today around 5:30pm to 6pm and one of the staff member taking my order at the drive through, She had no customer service skills and politeness. I asked her what’s in the family meal bundle and she replied back with the rude manner and she acted like she is giving food for free. People come and buy food after long hours of work this is unacceptable.
