Forgot to give a lot of ordered items

Quick service ordered through the app, staff approached me to check if they could help, which is not often that this happens in takeaways. Chicken and burgers were great as usual, chips could have used more seasoning though

Disappointed that the app wasn't working when trying to pre order on the mobile app. Was trying to get the best deals on their apps, but ended paying more buying it instore. After order and payment, and whilst waiting, the app decided to work. Wth! The chicken looked burnt, possibly reused the oil numerous times, and the chicken is so small. Did someone forget to feed the chooks? Half of the staff wasn't even wearing the compulsory masks! Hospitality staff must wear a mask, but obviously the give any craps of other's safety. We are in bloody lockdown. Selfish!

We got some takeaways this evening for Friday dinner. The burger was beyond bad. It was pathetic. There was so little lettuce that I could even count how many pieces of lettuce were in the burger. We didn’t ask to exclude lettuce from our burger. What a great way to ruin the dinner! I don’t expect superior service from a fast food restaurant. At least I would expect to get the same quality foods whenever I go. I guess the staffs should be retrained on how to make the burger properly.

The assistant manager Danel was sooo good. Served with so much of politeness. I wish everyone could get the same manager and would recommend him to be store manager.

My boyfriend bought KFC on Saturday night- wicked wings and ended up with diarrhea. The wicked wings smelled off and when he called the shop on Sunday the manager refused to acknowledge his complaint. He let me smell the wicked wings that he kept in the fridge.

Ordered takeaway 4 pieces of original chicken & a small coleslaw, brought it to work and opened it but realized that staff gave wrong receipt. I checked CBA bank receipt they charged $15.85. One thing I didn't understand, why I ordered in Lidcome KFC but Villawood KFC charged on my card, it was shown on CBA receipt. My question is how much actual price for 4 pieces & small coleslaw? Another thing I presented survey code number to get free drink & chip but they didn't put chip in the bag for me. Staffs here made me got lost Will never come back to this dodged store

Good convenient location. You can order ahead and just pickup at counter or dive through. Quick and easy.
