KFC

Mate and I called in here on the way home from Brisbane (truck and dog trailer) Placed our order. Didn't have to wait long. And we were able to continue on a side road and come back out onto the main road with no problem.

Because it's so special~so small? Tell the staff she said it was normal. It’s not half a box yet.

Multiple times have they missed parts of my app orders, didn't inform me that they were out of dinner rolls so just decided to not give me anything. They did fix all the issues and the chips were very well salted. And overall their food is delicious.

Slow. Forgot an item. No cutlery. No sanitiser or napkins available, poor cleanliness of store.

Very busy Friday night rush. Our order took close to 20mins to be ready and the burgers looked like they had been thrown in the bag as an afterthought, scarcely wrapped in their wrappers. That said, our order was all correct and accounted for.

Very good location, enough parking place, drive through all set up very good. Cleaning not sufficient, toilet design not proper, pulling paper is difficult. Staff very warm. Waiting time is generally longer than expected!!

Soggy chips, every single time.. Never are the chips seasoned as soon as they come out of the oil so it sticks, rather than piling it on the very top after they've boxed it or none at all.. Always have something missing out of my boxed meal and any time I add and pay for something extra in my burger, I never get it

Third time I have given this store a go and tonight's order the same problem, cold soggy food and had to tell them the order twice before it registered. Then three people that came in after I ordered received their orders before me and I had to ask what happened to my order they forgot it of course. I don't understand how you can forget it when its on the screen in front of you. Then get told after they finally got my order they have run out of gravy and had to refund me, and in my frustration I left and they didn't give me my drink either DON'T GO HERE FOR YOUR KFC, save yourself a lot of stress and go somewhere else. By the way Inala is exactly the same, hence the longer drive to Acacia Ridge but no more for me - cant give no stars unfortunately this review wont allow it

Possibly the worst KFC I have ever been to I order to zinger burgers online go down 15 min after ordering it's all good I just wanted a Pepsi and a zinger burger it takes 20min after we wait for some one that was clearly related to the person serving to get there massive bag of KFC then the person. At the window proceeds to tell me We dont have Pepsi in a can will you take another drink can't you just upsize it she says no then anyway I get home turns out it was a original fillet I was so angry I wanted to go and throw it threw the window so I was not happy at all

Good fast customer service, good fresh good. Acacia Ridge is my go to KFC.
