Food was good (& hot!) The service was also very good!

Always great, drive thru is sometimes a bit slow but around great KFC

Generally not too busy, product is mostly great and presented quite hot. It's seldom greasy, good. Chips are sometimes dried out and awful, but the backyard birds at home love em.

After changing to hungry jacks due to this store always giving me trouble, I finally decided to give them a go again. Big mistake... I ordered a big order through their app to make sure there was no confusion with what I ordered, before leaving I pulled into their carpark and did a quick visual check before leaving, looked good. Got home and found that they'd missed a pack of nuggets, no big deal, called up and they did I could come in and get them even if it was the next day. But then as people were opening their burgers and wraps found that, all but 1 of the meals were incorrect! And when I went back the next day to get my.nuggets and mentioned this, I was met with GREAT hostility! I was not asking for a refund, or anything for free, I was simply letting them know that they made the mistake, and the manager was so rude as to not even talk to me, but when the staff member went to confirm with "her" about the nuggets I could hear the things she was calling me as the office is only just to the side of the register. Extremely displeased and I will never be ordering from this store again!

Much nicer than the Plenty Rd KFC. Always happy to drive a little further. Team needs to remember to greet customers even if they can't be served straight away.

We went through the drive through tonight (15 mins ago) to order 6pcs original, large potato and gravy & 10pcs wicked wings, instead we got 6pcs of wicked wings & bag full of plastic spoons for 2 people! Only found out by the time we got it home. They have freshly cooked chicken but they don't read the orders properly upon fulfilling the order & they had upto 7 girls running around at the back. Unorganized!

Love using the app for a good deal and easy payment and it's ready to enjoy when I got there 🍗

Was on my way to the shopping center and called in to KFC for some lunch. The staff were pleasant and efficient and I was enjoying a double tender burger within a few minutes before continuing to the shops across the road. I will call in there again.
