Snack stop

Went to KFC drive through 27/2/21 @ 12.30pm. Ordered zinger box large. Didnt receive potato and gravy, wicked wings had been swapped for 1 chicken piece. Was told none of this. Didn't receive a receipt, can not complain without one. No explanation. Mate in car in front was also missing items. And chips half empty. Feel robbed.

A KFC with no chicken and we found out after a 25min wait on the queue. No one came out to the queue to let anyone know. Took us another 15 min to get out as the car up the front got the wrong order (and a large one). Not impressed at all. I don't even want to give it 1 star but I can't post it if I don't select a star. This happened last Tuesday night 16/03/21.

I have been told and seen video evidence of a rat being deep fried here before they renovated.

Ao dirty place was a disgusting 🤮

While the chicken itself was fresh the store was dirty and gross. We purchased at 10am so it should have been clean but the bins were full, doors and windows were greasy and the staff were uninterested in serving. The toilets were disgusting. They did not have chicken tenders but did not mention it, instead just gave a hot wing in its place. Would not go back.

Service way to slow and never received what I ordered and more training required

Chicken can be a bit hit and miss (too fatty, to too dry). Chips generally well cooked.

Consistently out of everything. I have not been to this store once and received what I asked for. Even placed an order on the app one night and paid for it only to be told they didn't have 80% of what I wanted when I got to the window. Also the slowest drive through in the history of drive throughs.. I've been working on and off in Moranbah for years and its been like this all that time.
