Don't always get the order right and staff can be rude

I ordered on APP, but still waited for around 35mins to get the chicken bucket at around 2 p.m. Saturday. I saw every drive in customer and other get the food very fast. And the chicken I got was only warm, seems not fresh.

Normal Kindly killing, Fat family Chicken !! but I got warm floury under cooked chips which they replaced.

This KFC is great staff is good. For 8pm on a Friday night u expect a small wait but to get a free large chips for waiting that's amazing. Well done Belmont 🥳
