In terms of food quality, every food that I’ve ordered was so good. I loved the seafood pancake👍 but cash only..
Just amazing, have got no complaints with the food and the strawberry rice wine cocktail was phenomenal! Definitely coming back.
Great underground atmosphere, friendly staff, great food!
Luckily going with friend otherwisewe unable to find the entrance😂 The food is good especially the kimchi soup! not too sour but the kimchi taste is there! I like the seafood pancakes as well!
Must try their Mango Rice Wine. Place is a little bit difficult to find if you are not from around here. Defo coming back agian.
You really feel overseas in this place. Awesome drinks and atmosphere
Regularly come here and love it. Great drinks and good service. Cash Only!!
Whilst hard to find it is a hidden gem of Melbourne. The staff are quick and service is fantastic. The food was amazing and full of flavor. We got multiple share dishes and each one of the flavors complents the next. The only down side is a cash only sign found at the bottem of the stair case with no atm in the building. If they add a atm to restaurant it will bring the rating to five stars. Hopefull that will be the case next time i vist
The service is extremely terrible. Never seen any other restaurant who give their customers attitudes. Please note that I am here to eat, NOT to bear with your attitude. If you don’t want to take customers just close the restaurant. No need to ignore my request hundred times and give me contemptuous look. And don’t accept card payment. You can only pay cash or through their app. For what reason? Tax evasion???
This review is strictly on the service aspect. I've never had this experience from other Korean restaurants in Melbourne. When I turned up, I was welcomed by a waitress. I asked her if they were open and served takeaway menu. She handed me a menu then left right away. She didn't tell me where the counter was to make the order nor if she was going to come back and take my order. Another waitress was actually standing next to me, looking busy counting something or taking online reservations. I approached her and asked if I could place an order. Looking annoyed, she asked me what I wanted. I told her that and paid, but that's it -- she left and didn't tell me where to wait or even say thank you. So I just randomly sat at an empty chair to wait. When my food arrived, the girl just handed me the food and rushed to leave straight away again. Even when I said thank you, she didn't say anything back. I don't know if it was because they were being short-staffed or because this was a New Year's Eve but I know for sure that it put me off before I even taste the food. A bit hi or thank you wouldn't hurt. By far this is the worst hospitality service that I've encountered in a Korean restaurant. Just go to another place. Service here is really not worth the food I guess.
