Really appreciate that this place uses Alternate Dairy Co. Oat milk. This JB is the only place in Baldivis that uses it and I go out of my way to grab my coffee from them. The coffee has always been great and the franchisee is great. Don’t ever change 😃

Amazing. I was having a scatterbrained day and forgot to ask for lactose free milk and didnt check if the chips were gluten free and when i panicked and realised 5 mins after ordering they were really nice and accomadating. They swapped my order for something celiac-safe and said not to worry. Very pleased and relieved they could help.

Returned my food as it was cold, overcooked and tasted like it was bathed in vinegar. Was met with attitude and being eye balled from the kitchen.
