We love the food here, unfortunately the wait time has been terrible the last few times we’ve ordered, even when we have called ahead for pick up and asked when to come for pick up, we were made to wait 20 minutes in a completely empty restaurant. When we ordered for delivery, the food was over 30 minutes late. It’s too bad that customer service is so poor.

Nice and quite place for Dinner... We enjoy the food there... Good customer service.... Only problem is we had to wait for a while for food to serve at our table, however, the waiting was worth it because of the testy delicious food... Will visit again......

I understand if there was a genuine delay in making the order and the restaurant couldn’t get my address on ubereats. I have my phone number added to the account but I didn’t receive any call to inform about the delay and issue. And when I called 40 minutes after placing the order I was informed that the restaurant didn’t even start making my order as they were trying to get my proper address. Still understand and I am not a fussy person but the staff member who picked up my call was extremely rude. Instead of dealing with a upset customer in a patient way he said ‘I have explained in a couple of times and its not our fault’ and then that I was wasting time by arguing with him. If this is what you call hospitality, I am concerned. Please teach your staff how to respond properly to customers.

Very poor customer service, they don’t bother about customer. Worst Indian restaurant in Adelaide. Guy on phone was so rude. Ordered food for 5:30 and its being confirmed and later when I call them at 5:45 guy on phone said its for 8 pm, I told him I got proof in my app than he said he can’t deliver now it will take 1.5 hours and when I called them again after 1.5 hour he said he can only deliver at 8pm. Even they are not answering calls from menulog, Grow up mate..business doesn’t go like this for long. My little daughter was waiting for food for 4 hours still not delivered. Will tell my friends not to go this restaurant ever.

Friendly staffs good taste but little be old wine & salad they used .

We had dinner here tonight with another couple. I could not fault it. Very relaxing. Beautiful food, lovely waitress and the chef came out to chat with us, which was lovely. Would highly recommend this restaurant. We will certainly be returning and will be telling all of our friends to try it.

Good food and quick service

This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants. However, tonight’s customer service was just terrible. The guy who answered the call was extremely inpatient and rude. He even said that he explained to me ‘a thousand of times’. Excuse me?Later on, he even cancelled my call without me finishing the conversation. I ordered the food twice, and asked them to cancel my first order. They didn’t do it and said they were preparing it. After the delivery service helped me cancel the first order, I was waiting for my second order for more than ONE HOUR. It wasn’t delivered because they canceled the order on their own WITHOUT calling and informing me. They also didn’t update the order status as canceled, so it showed as ‘the restaurant is preparing your food’ on my app. My partner called them and the same guy picked up, and his attitude was really good towards my partner. I don’t know the reasons behind the attitude and I just find it unacceptable and annoying.

Very friendly staff who have a personal knowledge and love of the food they serve. The single (Saturday night during covid restrictions) waitress was busy but attentive. The flavours were a wonderful mix of spices and the sauces a wonderful compliment to the dish. Presentation of the food was exquisite with sauces placed near their complimenting foods. While I cannot be a true judge of the authenticity of the food the steady stream of take away and the dine in clientele suggest this small restaurant is well loved. I was pleased to see the kids menu had a choice of a mild curry along with traditional 'picky eater' item. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful meal!

Gotten take away here a number of times, keep coming back for more, rich flavorful curries and good side dishes, always tastes fresh you get a lot in the meal deals great value for money.
