Great coffee, tasty food.

Just went through racism for the first time in my life. This staff forgot to press "enter" of the pos machine, which caused no response for around 20 seconds. Instead of apologizing, he questioned me why it took so long and thought I was merely wasting time. I’m afraid that the racism is real when I witnessed his hospitality to others(who are apparently not Asian). When I turned and left, I heard him talking loudly about me with the others. I tried being polite to him every time I talk by using “please” and a gentle tone. Apparently I’m not getting back any respect that I deserve. It’s ridiculous for someone working in airport, facing diversified groups of customers from everywhere around Australia.

This is the cafe near the luggage carousels for Terminal 2 at Sydney Domestic Airport. I was meeting a family member who was arriving on another later flight. This is a good.place to grab a snack, they have good coffee, sandwiches, croissants, cakes and slices. Hot and cold drinks. There are limited seated tables and a counter with stools to sit.

I had to wait 20-25 minutes and also pay the extra parking incurred during that time. And when I asked for the coffee the girl was very rude and told me not to stand near that area trying to mock me. And to top it all up, my coffee cup was spilled as clearly seen on the photo when I received. I understand the waiting time but the girl didn’t have to be so rude when I asked how long I had to wait? Wish I could rate 0/5

My miss 3 face planted not far from the cafe and hurt her lip quite badly, they didn't hesitate to get some ice cream out for her lip, even though I hadn't purchased anything yet. Awesome service! Most other cafes would most likely would not have bothered.

I asked for cheese tomato croissant though it wasnt thier menu, but she did well. Great!

Great food that's pretty reasonably priced for the airport. And the people there made me something for my diet on the spot and didn't charge me an extra cent! Makes life easier.
