322 Grey St 2370, Glen Innes
Classic country pub with great atmosphere. Bistro was closed the Sunday night I was there but the fire was on and the staff were friendly.
Excellent service and awesome food will definitely be back
Good pub, cold beer and a TAB, only draw back was no food (looking for a new cook)
Meal was awesome. Had Flathead chips and salad which was fresh. Good size meal. Defiantly will call In again.
No meals offered told to go elsewhere
Awesome feed and great service.
A small friendly atmosphere, lots of regulars as well as travellers passing through. There's no accommodation available at the moment, but the kitchen puts on a VERY good spread. I've never seen anyone walk away disappointed. The menu is slightly limited (no vegetarian options) as you would expect from a country pub however I ordered off menu and was charged a very reasonable price of $8 for chips, veggies and salad. The kitchen closes at 8pm though, so get in early! There's also two poker machines in the corner, if that's your interest, and raffles on a Sunday night. Malcolm (the manager) will often stay open until later than some of the other places in town. I would recommend this pub to anyone seeking a good chill atmosphere for their afternoon watering hole.
Great place for a meal, and the locals are great. We had dinner here the night we stopped over in Glen Innes, and we'll be back this year.
The staff is polite, the food is good and the beer is cold, an thats all that matters.
Friendly people and wonderful food
