Last night we attended Hungry Jacks to get dinner through the drive through and had free whoppers to claim on separate devices. The staff were so incredibly accommodating allowing us to fill both orders in the one drive through. We had to park out the front because one of our burgers was taking longer to make and they forgot to bring out our order a couple of times. To make up for it, they have us a free chips. Thank you HJs. Exceptional service in these trying times. If I could remember the female staff member's name that was on in the drive through, I would thank her personally. She was wonderful

Food was cold and the place looked like it had never been cleaned Table's, floors Totally disgusting i would hate to know what the kitchen looked like 🤢🤮🤢🤮 I will be reporting to the department of health

Oh dear, tonight wasn't good. Their cash registers weren't working at the front. My order was wrong and the fix up solution was not acceptable. My meal had the least amount of lettuce ever. The chips were broken up and either cool or too cooked. I won't be going back

Dissapointing, language from staff in the kitchen was not acceptable - could be heard in the restaurant while eating our dinner as well as very noisy. Tables not cleared or cleaned. Meal was nice.

25 minutes waiting to place my order. Awful.

Super nice Staff still served us one minute before closing. Was fresh made and super tasty. Shop was very clean. Thanks for that.

Hi i drive for food delivery services. I arrived late by 1 hour and still the order was not ready. I completely understand that there might be issues in the system or something else but on complaining the manager at the counter started behaving rudely which i felt quite depressing. Her behaviour was rude as i was not a costumer but a delivery driver who has no worth. Please give your staff some ethical learning and how to treat delivery drivers. Disrespect and bad behaviour is not tolerable.

Very disappointed at how dirty the seated area is I just hope the kitchen area isn't the same! Girl on til looked very miserable clearly not having a good day. Have had better service n food from here before so little disappointed.
