Nice and fresh, yum.

Absolutely lonh waiting even order from online. I had check every single items in a bag to ensure that correct order is made. They missed a burger, gave me 2 wrong burgers tonight.

Give proper training to staff and teach them 5 steps of welcoming guest.

Regular Customer & was always happy with the food & service, but not tonight. Ordered a whopper junior with cheese...no cheese on the burger. Tender crisp bacon & avocado burger, got a wrap instead with no bacon & avocado. Guess I'll have to unwrap my food & check next time I order take away. Disappointed.

It's evident that this facility is understaffed, thus resulting in large wait times. Although this Hungry Jack's is small, meaning that it can be easily maintained, this is definitely not seen when I visited, as the floors were atrocious. Despite the wait time, food that was produced was standard.

The most atrocious wait times, made an online order for 3 items to pick up, said it was ready, got there and waited 25 minutes because it wasn't. Ordered 2 storms off uber eats and it's been 50 minutes, the driver cancelled our order because even he was sick of waiting. Absolutely disgusting, never had such an issue with any FAST FOOD place like myself and friends have had. Management needs to get in there and sort this absolute disaster out, its honestly embarrassing on their behalf. Never had a problem with any other hungry jacks restaurant. There's not even a drive through and they still can't run the place. Quiet the failure, I don't know how anyone still bothers with this one in particular.

Went in tonight and ordered, waited 15 minutes for our meals. Overheard the manager saying they ran out of mayo, assumed they must of got more cos I wasn't informed when I ordered. Got home the coke was warm and flat, chips half empty and stone cold. Burgers had no cheese or mayo and were also stone cold. Absolutely terrible.

Very bad staff, even they don't know how to talk, very rude i think the previous staff was too good but this Time i have experienced very bad..... looking forward to see some changes 🙄

Working smoothly under pressure

Waited over 30 mins for our order, got home and realised the order was wrong (basic chicken royale instead of chicken cheesy bacon burger). Drove back and was told they'd make a replacement in 5 seconds. Asked where it was 10 minutes later to find out they had forgotten all about it. Quite a few other unhappy customers in store. Second bad experience in a row at this store. On the bright side it helps turn you off junk food
