Hungry Jack's

The store isn’t open during the hours they claim to be. Was turned away at 6:15pm by staff who said they were closed, should be until the customers are gone, but even then at least until their own website says (8pm). Hundreds of people still walking around the airport. Good, but, for nothing.

Hey it's a Hungry Jack's at an airport. I was surprised to see only 2 stars. It is what it's but I found the place on par with most Hungry Jack's. Food came fast. The tables were clean. The staff were relatively friendly and happy. There was enough seating and there was enough staff on so you did not have to wait in line for long. 4 stars is only in comparison to other hungry jacks restaurants

25min wait time from order to receiving food and drinks. It wasn't even during a peak period. Kitchen appeared busy and front of house had people but not sure what they were actually doing. Wasn't to hard to find other customers who were ticked off in the big waiting line

really slow！ we ordered kids meal however people came the last get the kids meal first?!

Ridiculously slow. Appears there is no one waiting as the order counter is empty. You then find a line that is incredibly slow in moving. Do not go here!!!

Snails can beat those people. On 18/5/'21, around 9:30 am, I ordered 3 bacon & egg muffins plus regular cappucinos ($9.95 each) but it took them more than 10 minutes to deliver the muffins. We finished our coffee- delivered after 5-6 mins , had to wait for muffins for another 6 minutes. My Docket # was 191 but i received the muffins after# 194. Did they purposely did that ...? Well, I'm not sure about that.

Wondering if anyone got food poisoned from this place during easter holidays? I had my last meal at theirs on 4th April, around lunch time then got food poisoned a few hours later. Just wondering if anyone had the same issue? Also they were out of Buns but still serving customers. unbelievable.

I got a soft serve (something simple) and it was disgusting. It tasted so off and the ice cream colour wasn't right. I returned to the register and told her it taste off the girl just said of sorry and took it off me and threw it out. Without offering a new one! It's not about the 70c but about the service. The average 2.1 star says it all.

you can't queue for 15 min and then wait nearly 10 more when you are boarding a flight. Only go if you have a lot of time or there is no queue.

Arrived at Cairns Airport on 28/07/20 @ 5.45am. Went to get breakfast from Hungry Jack's and told doesn't open until 6am. No problem. Went back at 6.10am and was told "We are not open until 6.30am, sorry". I replied to the man "you said 6am before"... Sorry but the "cashier" hasn't arrived for work on time... So clearly no one that is present knows how to use the EFTPOS or till I take it? Big loss on takings for the morning with out going flights...
