Too slow

The most dirty and disgusting Hungry Jacks I have ever seen. The service is terrible with staff looking sour and unfriendly. Waited 5 minutes for frozen drinks until I finally got the attention of one of the staff members who then proceeded to hand us uncovered straws with no gloves on.

Top 3 Things to know 1) Located in the food court in Cairns Central near Event cinemas. 2) A lot cheaper getting a frozen drink here than at the candy bar at the movies. 3) Food is standard, but I took a star off for the service. It is hit and miss. At times the person serving me has been fantastic, at other times I felt like I was bring an inconvenience to them by ordering.

Came in this afternoon about 5.30 and was served by a young girl at the counter. It took over 5 minutes to make a rodeo burger and for a frozen bubblegum. She gave us our burger and accidentally made us a frozen mango. I politely said I was after the bubblegum and she rudely said well it’s mango on your receipt. I would have totally understood if she wasn’t the person who served me but she was. Then she rolled her eyes and walked off. A man apologised and made me the correct order. Someone needs to teach that girl some customers service skills as I am appalled with her actions.

One of the worst meals I’ve had. Twice I’ve visited this HJ - the first time I waited 20 minutes for a cup of nuggets and chips. I had to cancel my order to get back to work. This time they stuffed my order up, the food was barely a above room temperature, and the drinks were warm and flat - NO ICE. One person seems to run around doing everything while everyone else works sloth-pace. Staff in the back wear air pods while they work - NOT a good look. I won’t be back. Save your time and go elsewhere!

So hungry Jack's now has a chorizo burger. Costing $11.50 for the small meal. The burger consists of beef, chorizo cheese and some mayo n mustard. For the large you're looking at 16.50 I decided to get the roadio burger meal $6.9, up size to a large now $8.50 and then add chorizo. So in all a large chorizo meal with added fried onion rings for the total cost of 11.50 Good life hungry Jack's hack, however the chorizo I got was dry. So all in all, worth it money wise but may as well not eat processed meats.

Ice-cream machine is practically always not working!

This morning waited over an hour , 4 people working .young kids unorganised. Front worker one was abitrun off her feet . Not a good start just for toasties , and piece of paper in hot chocolate ..

Waiting forever to get salty chips after watching others got their food when I have ordered earlier.

Needs a manager on all the time So the workers know what to do. But i still eat there Great food.
