I was left waiting for nearly 5 minutes to be served and completely ignored until I asked to be served. The staff did not smile and were very rude and unwelcoming when I claimed my free Whopper for my birthday. The staff didn't even say happy birthday. More staff training is needed at this store.

took long time to prepare my online order at store pick up and the burger was completely cold.

It was quick and good quality. The restaurant was clean unlike some fast foid outlets

The young lady at the drive through had the worst attitude, it doesn't hurt to use manners.. Then to get home and the hash browns are so bad, it tastes like the oil has never been changed.. And this is on top of taking 15mins at least.. Won't be back to this store again..

Absolutely terrible service and food. Firstly it took over 10 minutes to get our food in the drive thru. Then the girl serving had the WORST attitude i have ever seen in customer service. She had the biggest frown and did not appologise for the wait and just thrust the bags of food at us. The hash browns tasted like 3 month old oil, its been nearly 30 minutes since i ate and all i can taste is the disgusting oil. Management are good though, husband called to complain and they were very understanding and appologised and said he would speak to the team member. Seriously if you are that miserable there, get another job!

The Toilets are disgusting. It looks like they are never cleaned. They are filthy. Please tell the staff to clean the toilets. Aside from that the staff are great, friendly and good service. Sorry for the One Star but wanted to bring to the owners attention about the dirty toilets.

Always like the French fries as it is nice and hot . Burgers are good too .

Always up and down in service. 12.5.21. 9.30pm Waited 10 mins in drive through. Literally. Ok. I can wait for fresh cooked. Cool. When finally window opens and a food bag is thrusted to us. Not one word to us. Just a 'bored whatever' look at us. If your seriously that miserable working there.. get another job love. Even then. ..Forgot the cheese on the whooper. My mate chucked his fries. Said they tasted a mix of day old and fresh cooked. Weird combo!! My fries were good.
