Love those burgers. Restaurant was nice and cool.

This is worst place for pick up deliveries especially menu logs. They always makes drivers to wait at least 15 minutes. On 28 June, it was lockdown and they asked me to drive through to pick up. It was long line but i went through drive through which took me 15 minutes and when i reached to pick up point they asked me to go and park on the parking space and they will bring the bag there. After waiting for 10 minutes i finally received my order. I hope someone responsible fix this problem.

Katrina seems bored with her job. Saying 'yep' before asking what do I want. Didn't listen to what I wanted and strolls up and down the front counter bored out of her mind with her job. Burger was good though 🍔👍 except for the green tomato and the store is so depressing, who remembers when HJ stores were cool with American signs, elvis memorabilia, juke box and classics playing. I guess their trying to appeal to a bored outta their brain type of customer now that enjoys doctor surgery waiting room types of environments whilst their head is stuck in their phone, like mine is right now. Oops.

Absolutely shocking service. This is the third time I have tried to buy breakfast and been told that I "have to pay extra" but never given an explanation as to why. I understand if certain items might be different to the menu price, but at least have this written down or confirm first before asking for payment.

Management seemed lacking. Team wasn't quiet aware how to operate. Items missing in the past, needs more attention to detail. Food is always hot though 👍
