Hungry Jack's Burgers Kambah

Food was good but I ordered a hot chocolate. It tasted like warm milk, could not taste chocolate at all. Barista’s need to be taught properly and stop being lazy.

Private Playground at Hungry Jacks Kambah Fully Enclosed indoor playground with lighting and cooling. Multiple seating areas around playground including 2 seater tables, 4 seater tables and bench seat tables. Playground Structure • safety fence • two entry points - left with 3 picture character wall game - right with steering wheel and counting beads - right with plastic climb up - second platform with ledge window at top of slide - plastic slide down - top platform with wall@maze game with moveable piece •••••••••••••••••• Food on our visit 21.03.2021 Was hot and fresh Dining area very clean and with a fresh new look.

Had the breakkie wrap meal and I thought it was pretty good. The coffee wasn't the best but it was fine. I appreciate that there's comfy seats and places to charge my phone everywhere. No WiFi is a bit disappointing.

Polite, efficient service in drive through. However, the tropical whopper had so much barbecue sauce it was impossible to hold without getting messy, and there was a substantial amount left in the box when I got the burger out. The burger was barely room temperature with a cold bun. Maybe the sauce chilled it? For what i paid I'd expect a piping hot burger with a little condiment for flavour, not a box of condiment with a burger tossed in to thicken the sauce.

I could forgive the bloke blocking me In the drive and the service but to get fries that were obviously cooked well before serving then a burger that must have been hanging around cold and alone and nothing like the burger I ordered was a bit much. Worse experience at Hungry jacks to date. Well done you succeeded in failing miserably.

Ordered two ham cheese tomato tastiest. They forgot the tomato and only toasted the sandwich on one side. As in two slice of bread have 4 surfaces. They toasted 1 side of one piece of bread. Pathetic

Waited for 10 minutes to be served with no one waiting at the register and the manager standing within arms reach, dealing with the mountain of orders going out for menulog, or ubereats. Orders saying ready for collection when they are not. Drinks made well in advance so the whipped cream on the iced chocolate is a pool of goo by the time the food is made. With the 15 minutes wait for the 1 burger and 2 kids meals, it would have been quicker to go to the supermarket and make it myself.

Horrible. I dont think i have ever had a good burger at Hungry Jacks. When they release a new food item i will go try it in hopes that they would have figred out what flavour is, but they never do. The most recent spicy fried burger was just as dissapointing as everything else they serve. Lacks flavour, lacks crunch, just truley sub-par. 0/10 i do not recommend eating here ever.

Whist the vegan burgers were nice it took way to long to prepare and when we received it the fries were cold. I think the vegan burgers taste nicer than the plant based "meat" ones. So generally good just need to polish up the speed and service next time.

Food was good. Lots of cars in drive through but they got through it quickly
