Worst egg muffin meal! Ordered egg muffin meal with extra egg but to my shock the extra egg was totally ruined in cooking i.e burnt.Coffee was too cold for my taste and when asked to make it extra hot they said it is a pre made coffee with no option to make it extra hot.And to add to my worst experience was the hard muffin bread.Definitely won't visit again:(

We ordered two simple meals in store.we waited over 15 min for the order as we saw parts of it tsken and placed in drive through orders and uber. The drinks were poured and sat on the counter the entire time. By the time we ate the chips tasted like tgey had been cooked in stale oil and the burgers over salty. Food handling was discusting the staff serving were also packing food hot chip in open packets with the same gloves used on the touch screens handling money and touching thrir faces. The staff were un organised and extremely slow in all areas. Customer service was appalling to say the least. If we were not time restricted we would have asked for a refund if anyone would have come to the counter and gone somewhere else. Some serious retraining by corporate is needed here.

Really fresh tasting food. One of the better HJs for sure.

My 4yo likes the playground. Food normally consistently good, but chips and nuggets were dry today, just before midday.

I always use the drive-thru, & have always been given the correct order. Nice friendly staff

Not much else to say besides this HJs is a bit "hit and miss" sometimes they're on point... Other times I question why I continue to do this to myself time and time again as I sit back and remember the last time they disappointed me... And the time before that... And the time before that...

I haven't had a original grilled chicken Burger for almost a year. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! The size of the Burger has halved, it's not that much bigger than a cheese Burger. They've also changed the bread bun, it used to be lovely, sort of wholemeal and it was really tasty but it was a small bread roll like a cheese Burger one but with sesame seeds. So the size of the bun, and the piece of chicken was not just smaller but even the chicken was different. It used to be extremely moist but this one was dry and it was half the size of the bun. Won't be having that again.
