Hungry Jack's Burgers Fyshwick

This is the closest Hungry Jack's for me and involves a 20 min drive there and back. The service is usually OK but the Rebel burgers are normally great. This visit the service was a bit below par and the burger wasn't great.

Very good place and small area to sit and have a quick bite. Also parking and washroom available too so good with kids.

If you like slow service, cold tasteless food and a store you wouldn't want to buy food from then you've finally found what you are looking for. It's all here. Only plus is the parking is easy and the shell servo next door sells antacid tablets and something to take the taste away.

Not tasty as b4

Honestly couldn’t even them a star, the only good thing about my meal that was correct was the drink was cold as it was suppose to be! Chips and burgers on the other hand? Ohh yeah there where cold to but unfortunately that’s not how it was suppose to be. I used menulog, I waited over a hour past the delivery time a hour. As a restaurant I would make the food fresh as a deli by driver walks in it’s not that hard. Instead of packing it soon as you receive the order. The aim of the game is to keep customer coming back Fyshwick hungry jacks not give them food poisoning. Ohh I forgot to mention I called the store 7 times within the hour did they pick up? Of course not! So don’t try and ring them. I would have informed them about menu log to but nah couldn’t even speak, couldn’t even ask for it to be fresh. DISGUSTING

We go here often, usually the service is ok but today the service was the worst i hace ever seen. We ordered 2 meals off the hungry jacks website that we had open in front of us and were told they no longer serve that meal. We were asked what else we wanted and we asked could we have a second to decide the girl turn the intercom off so we had to wait for her to come back to make our order. We then drive to the counter and was given our drinks one with a straw and one with out. We asked for the other straw and was told they don't give out straws any more and the cup had a top like a coffee cup were you don't need a straw. Both cups had the same lids, they had a round straw hole and a raised lip so you could not drink out of it with out a straw or it would spill. They then told us to go arround the corner as the Burgess were not ready and wait. While waiting we saw lots of people coming out of the shop with the same drinks as us with straws. After waiting 20 minutes and not getting the burgers we went in and they then ask the cooker to start cooking it. When it was ready the 2 girls stood around chatting untill we asked could we have our Burgess then they were chatting in there headsets and laughing. One picked up a bag that was to small and it did fit then when off and did another job then started again with a bigger bag. 25 minutes later we got our Burgess guess they don't like serving people so we won't go back again. That should make them happy. About 5pm 30.nov.2020 they didn't give as a receipt to see the time.

Good service and happy staff. Burgers are good quality.

Customer service was okay. Got my order wrong that's why can't give 5 stars. Told me to wait in line again for their mistake.

Veggie burger with peri peri is the best :)

Situated at the heart of Fyshwick, built in along with Coles servo , great for takeaway, only outdoor seating for dinein - very limited seating exposing to the elements. Have been eating at this specific Hungry Jack's since 2008 and arguably it tastes very consistent and delicious.
