Located at very convenient location for me, just 2 min walk down the street. Staffs were very friendly and cheerful. They were enjoying their own joyful work zone. And not to forget their great varieties of burger with great prices. My wife really loved vegan whopper.

Service was ok but the burgers were shocking. Ordered a Big Jack, and the burger look like someone dropped it on the floor and served it, there was not a single pickle in the burger. Very disappointing, I definitely go back to Maccas

We went for a family bundle this evening. Usually, we love the freshness in Edmondson Park Hungry Jacks. But not this time. One burger was missing, the nuggets were cold, and one of the burgers was so salty. Kids stopped eating halfway through. I then had a bite and found out why. Disappointed.

Sure the burgers do taste better than that other mob but why do you keep stuffing up orders made via the app. No onion, no mustard. Read the order guys, it's not hard to read before you make my order. Sad thing is. I know Casula HJ is around the corner but they do the same thing.

Never come here, it’s nots worth spending your money here, you would rather just drive the extra 10 min to go to another hungry jacks. Ordered a few meals, asked for fresh and they weren’t fresh. The Young girl at the front is a liar, does not know how to do her job and honestly should be retrained in everything. For a new store they lack customer service and just the basic training of working at a fast food restaurant.

Went through drive through ordered a meal with nuggets and a couple of extra sauces. Guy was fine, but the person at the next window gave us one for our nuggets and said ‘you didn’t get charge for sauce and I can’t place orders at this window’ we asked for our sauces and she was literally putting up a fight for us to order it. It was no problem for us to pay but we wanted sauce for the chips. Charged for the sauce and slapped it down in my hand. Rude woman. Feel bad for her. Obviously she doesn’t like herself or life and needs to get herself a real job. She was medium height, bigger lady with brown hair and brown eyes. Didn’t catch her name cause she was so rude. Made a corporate complaint too. Don’t like customer service? Get another job, perhaps a cleaner
