Slow service, untidy

Not an outlet Hungry Jack should be proud of. Been here twice with poor attitude and service on both occasions. Drive through order was started with “what do you want?”. Extremely slow service on the first occasion. The drive through is also quite narrow.

I never usually write reviews but I need to give a shout out to Ray and Habib. They went above and beyond to make our order perfect, and were so friendly and full of life. We'll definitely be returning to this Hungry Jacks more often because of them. Thank you guys!

The food was 5 stars. But the wait in drive thru was 15 minutes and was only 3 cars there. Service is a bit under standard for a fast food place

We ordered through the app and for some reason it set the order to a different shop 10 min away! Even though I ordered something at the counter I explained them that and asked if they were able to give me the order i did through the app and they said they weren’t allowed to do that. All drinks did not have ice. Several customers asked for it and they said they didn’t have but were still taking orders. The place was untidy and very dirty. No sign of a manager or adult person managing the place.

Food is the same as all other hungry jacks. It has a cute retro feel to place. Parking spots are a bit tight. Convenient location Visited November 2016: WOW they have stepped up their game so much. The chips are so fresh and crispy. The classic whopper is no longer soggy, well structured and not oversauced. Hungry Jacks definitely has a new fan

Is you staff asleep all the time? I have been getting veggie burger for 3 days in a row. Asking specifically to put spicy sauce, how do they forget. And then they do not even pick up the call. CHANGE THE LAZY NIGHT STAFF.

These places used to provide an easy to see menu for people to ponder prior to standing at the counter and getting pushed to order. When asking staff questions about a particular item, they assume you are ordering and start data entry. In the end the burger wasn't very good, usually I prefer Hungry Jack's, but not this one.
