Came here to get a few drinks and some snakes while waiting for my nephew who was sitting in the emergency. Loved the customer service, just the timing for orders could be a little better. Example, my order (small iced chocolate) came after an older gentleman’s order when I ordered before he did.
Speed needs to increase drastically. When I ask for sugar in my coffee I expect some kind of stirring to happen with it. The Barista's at the down town store manage this so why can't you?
