Hone Cafe

After discovering this place a month ago my boyfriend and I have found our new go to coffee place! The coffee is always amazing and service is exceptional. We end up coming in once a week at this point as we have never been disappointed and I am absolutely obsessed with the breakfast waffles and oat lattes! We have tried a-lot of things from the menu and have always been amazed by everything including the service. Overall, this is the place to go for amazing hospitality, delicious food, a kind and welcoming owner, and a great experience.

One of the best cafes in Australia, no joke. They make the best coffee that I've ever had, their food is top notch, and the desserts are to die for. Not to mention how great the menu is, those soufle pancakes, man, they never disappoint. The moment you walk in, you can feel how much passion and care the owners have for this cafe. They care for your experience, and want to consistently deliver the best service that they can. I can't recommend this cafe enough; I drag my family here all the time (when we're not in lockdown), and I can't shut up about this place when talking to friends about places to eat. Their cappuccinos are a hightlight of my morning runs.

I went to hone Cafe a couple days ago to order some catering for a funeral. Sat down with the owner and talked about what he could do and so we ordered what we discussed and said the date and time to pick up.well my son picked it up and I got to say,it was absolutely fantastic. The rice paper rolls ,yummo. And the wraps so good .would I order from Hone again.YES.nice young owner doing his best.he delivered. Well done .

Ordered Soufflé pancakes with berries on a windy and rainy afternoon and it was one of my best decisions of the day. The soufflé was soft and spongy and it warmed my heart! Hone Cafe will be my stop whenever I go visit Wollongong.

Great fast service, beautiful coffee. And the food is just to die for. The staff are always the kindest people. Would highly recommend for any ocasion.

I went to Hone Cafe on 28 December 2020 and I tried the souffle pancake and the long black coffee. I can say I was quite impressed with the food and coffee. The interior decor is kind of chic and classy too... I think I want to try their shakshuka next time... Yeah, I was impressed... Oh, Balgownie is also such a pretty village and you should see the mountain ranges surrounding the area - just breathtaking!
