I went to one of your restaurant and was told that they don’t sell pork because it’s “haraam” for muslims whereas they sell beef which is prohibited for religious hindus. Treat all religions equal, if you are treating one as special.

Brother, I believe the owner of this restaurant may be wanting to adhere to his/her beliefs by serving only halal food. If this restaurant doesn't align with your beliefs, you may choose other restaurants like how most Muslims avoid eating at restaurants that don't serve halal food. Majority of the restaurants don't cater for all religions. If everyone start doing that there won't be beef, pork, potato, ginger, etc in the menu anymore. It's a free country and let's not push each other's beliefs down each other's throat.

Is Himalaya BYO?

The food is good but I was disappointed to only find 3 pieces of chicken in my butter chicken, which I paid for $21 😔
