Great night out at Hillside. Enjoyed dinner upstairs, very yummy. Live entertainment had the whole place singing along. Fun😀😀

New Oasis section has been nicely renovated and bar staff were very efficient. Nobody checked if we had checked in with Service NSW which was concerning considering there are currently Delta COVID cases in Sydney.

First visit to hillside hotel,we have lived in castle hill just more than a year and NOT SURE WHATS TAKEN US SO LONG. The hilly burger was possibly the best burger I have had, staff were really good, cocktails were good,the LIVE MUSIC was absolutely amazing. Nothing to fault. We will be back soon!

Had no problems with security whilst I was there, excellent food with real chicken schnitzels and not the processed love heart ones. Had a little attitude from the young woman that served me at the bistro stating that they only had mushroom, pepper and gravy for sauce. Was a little disappointed to receive demi gaze as gravy. All in all, nice spot with some decent beer choices.

Enjoyed a great night out for a friend's 40th. A perfect space in the function room. Made the best Caprioscas and delicious canapes. Great service also.

The rooftop was great... Staff was really courteous... The bar upstairs made some good whiskey sour.. one suggestion is to include onion rings in the menu...
