Hi Chong Qing

Randomly stumbled across this noodle shop. I ordered the Signature ChongQing and the broth was insanely flavourful - the style is similar to Japanese ramen but it’s got the Chinese spice flavours which makes it totally unique. I would add additional meat/egg with this dish next time. Definitely coming back to try the other noodle dishes! Highly highly recommended!

Saw this in the good foods top 20 cheap eats so decided to give it a go. Delicious beef noodle soup. I had the signature beef noodle soup with regular amount of spice. It was the perfect level for me, hot but not blow your head off hot. Broth was great, and the beef was so tender you could break it apart with your chopsticks. Absolutely loved it.

I went there for lunch today and had bar none the best Chinese noodles I've ever eaten! I normally don't write review but man, this place is crazy. I got the Signature noodles, original spice level and added beef and extra noodles, it totally blew me away and I will definitely be back as soon as possible, amazing place for lunch or dinner.

Really nice home made style soups, the spicy beef is very nice but tbh they all are really tasty and wholesome...Just wholesome good value food. Owners are a lovely couple and always happy for a chat 10/10.

So delicious! Got the original noodles vegetarian and with the less spice option - absolutely delicious with a good amount of heat. The broth was so flavorful and the noodles cooked to perfection. Will be back :}

As people who grew up eating noodles and have eaten noodles all around Asia, this is one of the best we have ever had. The noodles had great texture, the soup had an authentic and unique flavour that was balanced with a variety of spices and ingredients. My parents were the most impressed with the braised beef for its rich flavour and soft texture. Definitely one of the best meals we had in Melbourne. We were also hosted by the really polite and friendly owner who made the experience more memorable. I am confused by any negative review received here - they are probably from people who do not understand Chinese noodles.
