Not in Northern NSW; there are only two outlets - the original outlet at Heatherbrae (Raymond Terrace) and at Sutton Forest (Southern Highlands, NSW)

Highly doubt it. There are not many stores of any type open on Christmas Day.

Can you advise if you have changed the recipe for the pastry on the vanilla slices. We regularly stop by and pick up between 8 and 10 slices as we return home Last Sunday (10th April) we did the usual. But pastry was like cardboard. Not nice

Why is coffee no more than barely warm?

I've never had a problem with the coffee there. I'm sure they would do you a really hot one if you asked.

That isn't the definition of a flat white. That is more of a latte. Flat white should only have up to 1cm of froth on top. Maybe go tot a better barista?
