All dishes are $10 so I probably can’t complain but I’m gonna complain anyway. It’s very unclear to me how this place has an almost 5 star rating. The best way I can describe the food is “simple”. Again, it’s only $10, but with a multitude of vegetarian restaurants to try in Sydney, many of which are serving creative and unique dishes, this place really doesn’t measure up. The staff was very kind, but they weren’t looking over the floor. My dirty dish sat in front of me for 30 minutes until I left and I was 1 of 2 in the restaurant. Strangely, they give you plastic cutlery and paper cups for dine in. Not environmentally friendly and just weird to eat with while sitting in a restaurant. I guess the food was fine. It just wasn’t anything special. At least it was only $10.

Excellent Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant near central train station. Nice decor and dining atmosphere. Simple menu. Food was well portioned and tasted great. Friendly and helpful staff, caring and attentive. My wife and I enjoyed our meal and dining experience. We will be coming back again.

I really enjoyed this place. Simple menu with tasty food and good portions 😀. It's also made fresh, which is so good🤤 And the prices are unbelievably inexpensive for a place in Surry Hills. I'm definitely coming back again! Thanks to the amazing staff there who are super friendly and took really good care of us. They love what they do and you can feel it in the atmosphere there.

The reason I don't join the 5 star brigade is because I think it's better for everyone if people gave honest reviews. This is barely a 3 and I got duped by the crowd ... again. I always have very low expectations for Asian places in terms of decor, atmosphere and attitude. It's part of the charm, not like a fake hipster exposed pipe & brick place, it's more genuine than that and it gives it character. A price to pay for good food. This place is a creepy place to eat. The staff were making spring rolls on the dining tables, it was hard to tell if it was just takeaway or not. It was also doubly confusing when they gave you plastic cutlery to eat in-house. It was the only place that I welcomed the terrible music cause it stopped once and it was eerily quiet. We had two "pho's", I think they thought that it stood for soup noodle. Cause they had a Laksa pho and what was a ton yum pho. They were ok. The Laksa tasted like they opened a can of coconut milk and poured it in. The other one was ok. The only saving grace is the $10 price.

Very Vegan Restaurants. Food offered have lots of vegetables. Shop carefully keep the nuts aside for people’s own choice. Light taste that expose the natural taste of the vegetable. The restaurants may offer Allium Free Vegan on request. Suitable for all people, whether you are vegan or non-vegan. Amount of one single dish offered are enough for the meal. Recommend. Suggest to put more details in menu for people to know exactly what will be in the dish.

By far one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Sydney! everything is so fresh yet so cheap. The staff are always very warm and welcoming.

A very warm and friendly homey environment with extremely nice owner. There was a soft jazz music in the background. The lady takes care of us really well as she often comes to check on how we’re going with our food and so on. As I visited today which is during Lunar New Year, every mains are $10 which are very affordable. Even though their menus are all under $15 but the food portions are generous with lots of fresh vegetables. I ordered Rainbow rice paper rolls, lemongrass tofu vermicelli, phở with ginger broth and rice with golden curry. As soon as we sat down, they served a piece of fresh watermelon to each customer. Then we ordered at the counter and food quickly came out approximately 5-10 minutes after. The dishes taste delicious and at the end, we also got a little gift of handmade painting from the owner ❤️ You can buy them at the cashier for $5 each. I feel so overwhelmed with the welcoming and warm atmosphere from the point I entered until I left the place. Such a correct representation of their restaurant name “Hanh Phuc” aka happiness 😊

🌿 Good food for yogis. I just found out a beautiful vegetarian restaurant on side way of Rydges Sydney Central. Actually I just only ordered rice with lemongrass tofu and the old lady chef brought me some more sweet chili salad. Friendly atmosphere and healthy cooking, always ask for your special requests before serving you with kindness. Honest, I feel cheer up from their smiling face. Sometimes on harshly life, I just need those moments to move on! I hope you enjoy your life and may come over here a day! 🙏 (Oop! She just passed me by again and ask: do you like sweet salad baby?) 😄
