Love the freshly cooked food! Yummy delicious Mexican food 👍👍

Was told of 20 minute wait on a single burrito order after they took payment, so asked for refund. Apparently they can't do refunds as they "don't know the code" and had to refund cash. Have reported them to centre management as an EFTPOS refund is a simple request that couldn't be done. Fist and last time I order from this chain.

It's ok, like country fried chicken is in comparison to KFC, zambrero is better

Terrible. Stone cold food with a very expensive price tag. Staff were rude and unwelcoming. Much better value down the street at the competition. Would not recommend at all!

Ordered delivery chicken enchilada with extra coriander, got ZERO chicken just beans and rice. And Zero coriander. It shouldn't be that hard.

Ordered food at 6:15pm being told it would arrive at my house at 6:40pm. At 7:15pm the food had not yet arrived so I called and had to go through Menulog, they told me the delivery time was now 8:05pm. At 7:45 my phone then said the food had been delivered so I tried to call again and was told that the delivery time was now 8:45pm. 2 and a half hours for 2 burritos, 1 bowl and some chips? Of course I canceled the order because that is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that menulog contributes to this but I have never had any issues with any other restaurant through menulog on a Friday night and this is not the first time I have known of unheard of wait times when ordering Guzman Y Gomez via Menulog.

Food is ok but they just take inexplicably long sometimes - in person or online - and there’s no apology or acknowledgement
