Guzman y Gomez

I went on a Friday night at 7:30pm to order some food and a frozen margarita. The girl behind the counter said she and the other four staff members are underage and cannot serve me, and that their manager has left. We decided to wait because she said their manager will be back in five minutes. After ten minutes and no sign of the manager we left. I am appalled that a manager could leave an entire contingent of underage staff by themselves during peak service time on a weekend night. The staff were very nice but honestly, come on. Very disappointed.

Guzman y Gomez is the best Mexican chain in Perth. I had the $10 chicken bundle and definitely got my monies worth. The service was great and my food was served hot and fresh. I highly recommended them for a quick and delicious meal. ¡Hasta la próxima vez!

I have the GyG app and it allows me to order my food before I arrive and skip the queue if there is one. The app also offers me a burrito in a bowl for just $9.90 and that's a really good deal. I have tried most of the bowls available but I find it hard to go past the pan-seared barramundi. It is delicious. And it's a good-size serve too. I like mine spicy but there's a mild version too.

Food was very good, service was lovely when order was placed. But as we ordered 20 minutes before closing, we thought we would be able to quickly dine-in and finish the food before closing time. Rudely got interupted by staff member saying we had to leave as they were closed, but there was still another customer waiting on their order....

Bit annoying having to wait 20 minutes at 11am for fast food... there was four staff members on too. The food is always good though.

Ordered burrito with two friends. Both got theirs and after waiting an extra 15 minutes still had not received mine and had to ask for a refund. The burrito we did get were dry and chips were cold. Would not recommend

Ive ordered from this place twice before, both times I got a mini enchilada and it was really great. Today I ordered a regular enchilada in store, and although the food was nice, it was the same size as the minis I had bought previously. Considering the mini is drastically cheaper than the regular, I feel like I wasted my money getting the bigger size. I've ordered a regular sized enchilada from the leederville guzman, and they had no problem giving me the correct size. If there hadn't been lots of people waiting for orders I would have complained in store but had already been waiting for 20 mins (staff were wearing shirts calling this "fast food"?), and did not feel like the issue would be fixed quickly. I have added a photo of my "regular" enchilada, and the space around the enchilada is glaringly obvious.

Excellent food but lost many stars since they’ve made the restaurant uncontactable.

I orded their cheese quesadilla. Extremely disappointed. Couldn't even finish it. Tasted like nothing. The smallest amount of cheese I've ever seen

The quality at this Guzman y Gomez is not comparable to the other stores. They're stingy with the amount of sauce and fillings they put in the burritos.
