I think that Guzman Y Gomez has a solid product and some good ideas. But execution can be hard when your employ kids. Service is slow. The line for the drive-thru can easily be 20 plus minutes. The drive-thru is very poorly laid out and like all double drive-thrus doesn't work. The food is great when its cooked well. But 70% of the time you get a plate of soggy onion lacking any appeal. Coffee is astoundingly good. Prices predictably high. I think if the trained the kids a bit better and worked on their systems they would have one of the better products around.

This place is a machine. Very popular and they churn out the orders. I would suggest ordering via their app before you arrive as they are often very busy with lines both inside and drive through. The food is amazing. My one suggestion would be more locations, so we don't have to drive so far. We love GYG!

Had my first meal here last night, Burito with beef and yummy rice and beans. It was delicious, fresh and large with all sides of sauces etc free! The service was friendly and fast, the meal was filling and well priced. Followed with Mexican donut sticks dipped in caramel sauce! I ate inside in comfort and the drive through was constant. No wonder, it's a winner for those of us who would not make it at home and don't enjoy other take away type product. All ages will nosh into this, give it a go. Tastes great, value for money and healthy.

Love this place! Used to have one really close to us but were sad to find out the nearest one is a decent drive from our new place. Was really craving a burrito so took the trip down here to get dinner and the line in the drive through was insane. I was a little worried the food might be rushed and not to their usual standard but I was pleasantly surprised! Food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Used to come here a lot with my partner and the service was always great. But our last few experiences have been very different, we always order via the app and they have continuously asked as to wait on the side of the drive through. The wait times have been 15-20 mins with 5-6 cars going past. All we ordered are 2 burrito bowls. I don’t know why the wait time has increased this much. Has made us not go back anymore.

I was wondering why my chicken burrito tasted like a burned tyre only to find chunks of charred black meat. Seems like they accidentally burned the chicken and were too cheap to throw it away. Layering on sauce cannot hide the reek of what smells like a boiled WW2 leather boot. Not to mention burned meat contain carcinogens that is incredibly bad for consumption... so much for your slogan of “healthy fast food”..

Love their bacon n egg breakfast burrito. My new favorite way to do brekkie
