Grossi Florentino in Melbourne - Questions and answers

I was watching Chef Guy Grossi prepare a veal shoulder and noticed he was using a nice plump reconstituted dried porcini mushroom. Could he say where he sources his dried mushrooms?

As far as I know you can purchase dried mushroom any Italian delicatessen one that i go from time to time is Mediterranean in Sydney Rd.

There is a great set menu. I would organise the table and work through the menu with the restaurant, they are very helpful

The Grill is not a noisy bar. It is classy but not fine-dining, like upstairs.

Yes I believe it is a good place for groups, but you will have to organise one of the rooms upstairs.
