It's ok

Went here for lunch with a friend on Saturday 20 March 2021. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names but the two ladies (one who served us and the other who attended to us while we were eating) were both so genuinely lovely. The food is always great, too.

By far one of my favourite places to eat! Such amazing food with a huge variety of options, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Amazing service. The area is kept extremely clean and tidy.

Haven’t been here for 5 yrs, a LOT has changed. But Grill’d is the same wonderful Wheelchair and stroller accessible. Washrooms near by and are clean.

Burgers are getting smaller for the larger prices and they just get slapped together without any care. Most of the staff seem to just want to chat amongst themselves, and don't seem keen in looking after a single person, rather pay attention to a couple or a group🤷‍♀️

The food was delicious. Excellent chicken burgers and hot crispy chips.

I've ordered three times in a row (Simple Grill'd Burger) and I've gotten nausea and vomiting all three times. My partner also had the same experience yet she had the smarts to pull the plug after the second time yet I continued due to thinking it had to be coincidence. Coming from a guy (healthy and fit 28 year old) that doesn't have any junk food in the house, not on medication and has eaten at other Grill'd stores dozens of times (I get the same meal every time for protein intake) and have never had this happen. I don't randomly start throwing up either so this isn't normal for me. I don't care for the 'we're sorry you had that experience, please contact us' from social media managers. Have care and pride in your business. You've been reported.

What a joke!!!!! Burned sweet potato fries, missing items, cold food. Terrible experience.
