Great food and service

I hebe eaten at a lot of different Grill'd restaurants. It is by far the most consistent and beat mainstream burger restaurant chain around. Nobody else can compete in efficiency, selection and consistency of Grill'd. We came here with our two kids and although the restaurant was busy (it was lunchtime on a Saturday) they found us a table and also got us some pencils and paper for the kids to colour. Our youngest is two and loves colouring, so this meant we could actually sit and eat a meal. Thank you, Grill'd staff, our food was consistent and amazing as always too.

My son and I often come to Grill’d Pacific Fair because their burgers taste amazing! However, I was so disappointed after we went home and opened today’s take away from Grill’d. Please check out the photo. Taste is very bad, the veggies weren’t fresh that also looked unclean and the buns and chicken were burnt black. Moreover, there were only a few chips in a LARGE SIZED CUP! I hope this never happens again :(

Not only was half my order missing but also received raw chicken. I have tried contacting the store to no avail. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately I grabbed a couple of Vietnamese rice paper rolls as a quick snack after missing lunch. Thought a nice fresh salad filling would be great. However it was filled with glucose rice, a mint leaf and two tiny slivers of Lemongrass beef. Will not buy again. I could have just ordered a bowl of rice if that is what I wanted.

The experience we had today at Grill'd Pacific Fair wasn't very pleasant at all. It wasn't the food but at this times when we all have to follow the rules about the pandemic what we saw the girls doing with one cloth cleaning the tables and chairs and the sticks that go in to the jug with the same cloth no spray and also not cleaning their hands before handling the trays was just very disturbing. Sometimes you wonder if there's any training provided before they are sent on the floor to serve.

Awesome friendly service and a very well run team. Food was sensational as was the beverages. Will definitely recommend a visit💯

Kinda useless place...couldn't understand the waitress, she was speaking English but like she may as well have been from Glasgow. I know facemasks make speech garbled but... maybe I'm just too old.... Burger 1000 over-rated, like under-average. And the prices?? Its an expensive lunch... . Dont know?... Would I eat here again? Probably not. Sorry. 😊

Big fan of grilld , but unfortunately after 2 deliveries with disappointing food , have to complain publicly. Missing extra chicken, Over salted Zucchini chips ( looked like they tipped whole pack of seasalt ), and barely any sauce in burgers .
