They have good burgers

Just a great overall experience. Came on a late Friday night (love that they open till 11pm). You can order at the counter or from your table via QR code. Love the decor/setup; it’s new, spacious, hand sanitizers a plenty and nice booths with comfy leather seats. Staff was nice to give free water. Burgers are always nice, filling but not bloating afterwards. Zucchini chips are delicious, only wished they gave more.

Great tasting Vegetarian burger (Garden Goodness) and sweet potato chips cooked to perfection topped off with some sweet chilli mayo. Would recommend

Dropped in on ANZAC Day before the big clash at the ‘G. Prompt service whilst keeping up the amazing Grill’d taste and quality despite how busy it was! Kudos to the store for the ship they sail!

Should be called GRILL YOUR OWN. Spent $65 on lunch for the family. Ordered and chose a delivery through their website (i.e. not uber eats). I got confirmation that delivery was ready and with driver. The delivery took 50 mins after leaving the Richmond store - the driver going from the Richmond restaurant (close to where we live) to the CBD and everywhere in between. When the food did finally arrive it was freezing (not just cool or cold) and soggy - not edible . The driver had not proper equipment. I called the driver and Grill'd Richmond many times. They said they didn't know what to do and to write them an email - for perhaps a gift voucher. Obviously an under the pump third party delivery service (whom I give no blame to). Really bad costumer service. Bad taste in our mouth.

Great place great staff the food is on point

Super friendly service 10/10. Super delicious burger and chips 10/10. I was looking forward to a good burger meal and I got more than that. It was so satisfying. I ordered the Mighty Melbourne burger with chips. Food does taste better with great service. I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. Thank you very much!

Served very sad looking chips that were old. Didn’t realise until I had already left. Disappointing 😞

Absolutely awesome food! The burgers are a must try. Their texture from the bun to the pattie is so smooth that it just melts in your mouth. One of the best burgers I ever had.

This “health conscious” burger joint feels it’s ok to serve animal products to a vegan. Adding Mayo to a burger, wiping it off when realising and then still serving to the customer. Massively poor form.
