Great River Korean BBQ Restaurant

A lovely experience with good menu items. Would love more salad veg options offered. Fresh food and plentiful. The accelerant bottles should come with warning labels we saw heaps of people mistake them for table water and try to drink it. Also check stock levels as some items were sold out which was a bit annoying considering we arrived at open time. Overall good experience.

The food in the restaurant is pretty good and also the presentation of the food is amazing. My favorite is the beef ribs. There are good services and also the waiter’s attitude is also satisfied especially the man with the golden hair I like the way his taking it’s respectful and interesting. Will recommend this place to my friends. 🥰🥰🥰

First time experience of Korean Barbecue, it was amazing, the staff was very polite and welcoming but they seemed very busy. I had too wait a bit longer for the Korean Fried Chicken but then it was worth the wait. We were well served by this sweet Korean guy with funny hairstyle 😂. Definitely coming back again!

If you are after an eat all you can Korean BBQ, this fits the bill rather well. It is definitely a appreciable restaurant, hence it will get 3 stars for being above average. Menu choice is great, and clearly states which are the premium and buffet choices. I docked 2 stars for lack of staff which ultimately led to under average service. On top of this the water bottles holding down the gas knobs were not labelled and my sister in law drank water from it. The next point is debatable depending on who it is, but I personally found the "Korean Fried Chicken" NOT authentic. It did not (or perhaps not enough) have the spicy omph and tasty Korean paste in it. Otherwise worth every penny spent there!

The lady assisting us initially has provided us good service and even told us that our little ones who literally ate just half cup of rice do not need to pay. The worst is when i went to the counter and pay, this guy who seemed to be like the in-charge person that night suddenly asked us to still pay for our 3 year old saying that it is their rule that 3 year old should pay no matter what. I told him the lady said we do not need to pay and he still insists but later on said okay we do not need to pay. But when the lady came over, he started to speak their language right in front of me and seemed to argue with the lady. And lastly, whenever you order food that is meant to be cooked, you need a lot of patience, as it will take forever to arrive and it is always not the right quantity that you have ordered. Wife and I will never eat here again!

Had a great dinner tonight here!!! The curly hair Korean guy is very funny and we enjoyed it. The food is very good and comes out fast. Will come back again very soon. We had a great time. 🙂

Terrible service, poor meat quality, not much choice of food. Won’t go back again

I love Korean BBQ and this place is decent. The restaurant is nice but some staff can be a bit rude and sometimes won’t come back around for you to order more food, then at the end rush you out. The food it’s self is pretty reasonable and tasty. We have been twice and both times I get so excited and leave a bit bummed out. I do think it’s worth the price though and I have had good servers, but as a whole not what I want from my Korean BBQ experience.

We had dinner the other day and we were served by Chun. Service was top-notch, he was very lovely and attentive to our request! Food was amazing, I love their beef ribs 👍 we will definitely come back! 🤩

Had dinner here with my family. In my opinion, the buffet is not worth it.. very few meat options that are included in the buffet compared to other Korean bbq we went to. Very limited side dishes as well. There were a lot of empty tables but for some reason the staff seated us next to an occupied table and again seated another group next to us so it felt really cramped. “Stressful dinner” that’s what I just thought after going there.
