Not worth the wait

Food is ok, but a bit overpriced. It is fine to give it a try but not worth the time to queue (could be up to an hour)

Delicious and soft pancakes. Their takeout box was delightful. It's so popular on the weekends so visit on weekdays!!

I described their pancakes to my friend as what food must taste like in heaven. So soft and fluffy. So yummy. Both cold and hot are amazing.

The cafe had a pretty interior with good soundproofing, seating arrangement and pancake soft toys to take pictures with. Don't be fooled into thinking that you're going to have a relaxing time though, as staff are highly anxious about clearing your plate as soon as the last morsel enters your mouth. The premium pancakes were jiggly and not too sweet, served with perfect amounts of syrup and cream. As some reviewers have mentioned, they weren't as fluffy as the ones in Japan but it's still worth a try especially for everyone who've only ever watched/listened to stories of fluffy Japanese pancakes. So thank you, Gram Cafe, for providing us with the Japanese fluffy pancake experience. It would've been better if it didn't feel like an eating contest but I'm sure you were just trying to cater to the rest of the crowd waiting outside.

A great place to go if your after a delicious and fluffy pancake breakfast. Service: Quick and efficient! Our meals were on our table within 2minutes of ordering. Staff were friendly and very attentive to all guest Food: Come for the Pancakes! It’s light, it’s fluffy and was not too overly sweet. The French Toast was decent, but comparing it to what I had it Japan, the bread was not fluffy enough. Will I come back?: Most definitely YES!!! 🥞 🥞 🥞

The place located on top of Chatswood Station. Chatswood District Dining. The staffs are having good customer service. The space is a bit small, long queue especially during weekends. The food are nice, and a bit pricey

There was a bit of a wait (queue outside the door) but once you’re in, service was really quick while still being courteous. The pancakes were very fluffy as promised. However, not super flavourful on their own. Definitely needed all the extra toppings we got. Coffee was fantastic!

A cosy cute cafe in a convenient location. The staff are friendly, they even made me a bear latte art on my coffee! Recommend sharing as the portion is big. Take aways are nice and quick too.

Fantastic place for breakfast or brunch. The service is great, with really friendly and helpful staff. The food is amazing, with great prices. The time from ordering to receiving was also great, really didn't expect it to be so quick. Would highly recommend this place for anyone who likes a sweet breakfast.
