G&Co operates a wood-fire bakery, coffee house & communal table. Our aim is to consistently deliver quality professional service matched with quality products to satisfy your palate. Our busy take-away & dine-in trade means we do sell out, despite increases in production. As such we do opt to close when our daily output is exhausted rather than try to meet demand by lowering our standard.
