Gloria Jean's Coffees Mount Druitt Shopsmart Centre

Good location for this coffee shop, with its only competitor close-by being a donut king. Nice quality food, my only thing is that the barista was calling out people to get their orders, it wasn't that busy she couldve taken them to people instead of waiting until they sat down and got comfortable and called them up. It's not an overly large cafe, but i would be more proactive customer service.

Very friendly staff and they make good coffee. If it was closer to home it would be my go to Gloria Jean’s but it’s a bit of a drive. I went there yesterday but it was closed up with a sign saying they’re ‘taking a break’ but no indication of when they will be operating again.

Went past on the way home two days ago hoping it'd be open by now but I saw this sign for anyone wondering. The lights were left on and everything was packed up so I'm not sure what's happening. The number to this cafe has been disconnected aswell. Hopefully they open again soon.

Editing my review- recently went in for my chiller treat, the lady who served me was rude and my chiller was like a milkshake. *********************************************** Every time I have been there, staff have always been friendly and I dont have to wait long for my take away chillers!

Went in this morning and ordered a tea & raisin toast. The toast was barely brown on one side and not done at all on the other, I showed the girl at the counter and it was toasted some more, now it was fully brown on one side and still not done on the other, took it back again and when it came back it was too dry to eat so I took it back again and said that I didn't want it at all. After about five minutes she brought my money back to the table, not a word said to me. In all this no one offered an apology. Also the store, while I understand that they are going through renovations, they do need to clean up the dust from sanding the walls that covered the floor, after all it is a food preparation area. I would have loved to leave positive feedback for this store but cannot say anything good about it.

Pleasant staff, delicious caramel slice and peppermint slice, well done.

Friendlier staff would have changed the rating to a 5 star.

Coffee was good. Food, especially hot food is pre prepared and microwaved, yuckaroo!!
