Loved the atmosphere inexpensive clean bright will go again.

Wow! Our first time at Garden Kitchen and most definitely won’t be our last. Food was incredible. I had the porchetta and my husband had the steak. Both meals were the best we’ve ever had!! Our waiter Michael had exceptional customer service, he knew everything on the menu, gave us superb recommendations on food and drinks, it’s clear he has a passion for what he does and we loved that! It was my birthday and they brought out a treat!! So lovely!! All round amazing night, thank you!!

Don't bother. If you want a nice time, this is not the place. Be prepared to be treated like a second class citizen if you want more than one cocktail. They will take all the money you have but just don't dare ask anyone to actually talk to you or check in if you're having a nice time. Dont get excited. They have great cocktails - even off the menu - but make sure that you ask very seriously because if you actually like to enjoy life, then this is not the place for you. Enjoy somewhere else.

The staff were amazing. Patient, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent but expensive for the portion size. I liked the decor and the clientele were fun. Its outside and cold as soon as the sun goes down at this time of year so dress appropriately. The inside bar was very good with a good selection of spirits and beers. Adding this place to my "come back often" list

The coffees including iced coffees are really good. The Byron bay bacon and egg roll is out of this world ! The service are friendly. The salmon rostie and garden salad with macadamia nuts on the breakfast menu are both underwhelming . The rostie was cold and not freshly made .

My girlfriend and I had our breakfast here on Friday and for the amount of people dining at the restaurant the food did not disappoint. The Moroccan Lamb was so tender and full of spiced flavours. The combination between the poached eggs and pea gremolata complemented the dish really well. Can't wait to dine here for dinner. Thanks so much x

I went to a garden restaurant on the 13th of this month on my husband's birthday. I've been booking 2 weeks ago.And I requested to have a quiet seat. On the day, When I presented the booking screen at the reception, the reception staff first asked, "How many people?" Haven't you checked your restaurant customer's bookings? And she guided me to the seat in front of the reception (in front of the entrance). There were a lot of vacant seats in the store that day. I was disappointed even though it was my husband's birthday I went to the Sheraton Mirage and Marriott Hotels last year and two years ago, but this wasn't the case. I was disappointed with the restaurant at Star Hotel. My husband's birthday has been ruined I will never go to the Star Hotel Garden Restaurant for a special dinner.

I love the Garden restaurant but was very disappointed to find that this restaurant (and most of the other casino restaurants) are only opened on Thursday and weekends. I was also extremely surprised too that I was told there was a 10 per cent additional fee for a group of 8 people! Not good enough for a world class venue like The Star! Had to take my birthday party elsewhere.

🪴 Came here for a nice casual lunch. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the menu was a varied range of seafood and bistro favourites. 🍲 We had entrees of pumpkin soup, marinated olives and house made fresh focoaccia. All delicious! For our mains there was the fish and chips, beef burger 🍔 and chicken breast on wild rice. The chicken was quite nice though the burger and fish were a little bland. We did have to ask for salt and pepper. Their range of cocktails, mocktails, and wine was very impressive. Beautiful Decor with an outdoor summer feeling. ☀️

Our server was tremendous. She knew all the dishes & recommended to us the dishes that we chose. Calamari as starter, pork & salmon as mains. All were delicious.
