Outstanding service and fantastic food. Has crept on to the Bridge Rd scene with little to no hype compared to others but what a phenomenal place to visit. A wonderful authentic addition to Bridge Rd

What a fantastic little restaurant. Pizza was outstanding. Pasta was fresh and full of flavour. Wine was excellent and straight from Italy. And the waitress was so friendly and attentive. Go out and support local business if you can by either take away or popping in, especially during this period!

Yummmmm! Not only the service was exceptional, the dishes we had were so fresh when served and the combination of flavours just blew me away. Can’t wait to try the pizzas with the red base and also more vinos from Ganzo. Definitely loving the chill vibe of the place too.

We were crammed into a tiny space so you couldn't even move your chair to get out of your seat. We were offered bread and olives and advised of any delays which was nice. The friendly waiter suggested to order an entree to share if we were hungry as it would come out before the pizza and so we did. Unfortunately: the entree was delivered with the pizza so there was actually no point having it. The food was really disappointing (maybe because, as an Italian, I really love my pizza and some friends spoke about this place really well): the eggplant croquettes didn't even taste like eggplants. The pizza was big, but it look very pale and soggy. The dough tasted like nothing, just salty and was chewy which makes me think it was probably undercooked. I ended up having 2 small slices only and then just munching on the toppings which weren't even that great. Definitely a place I will not go back to and I wouldn't recommend either.

Wonderful service, chef set us an extra appetiser which was a sweet touch. Wait staff was incredibly attentive and lovely and the gluten free pizza could have passed as regular pizza. We ordered olives and the Signor George pizza without salami. Would go again!

Just brilliant! A true taste of Italy! Authentic Italian food done very well. Great fresh ingredients, beautiful thought out menu wth great pizza and pasta options but also great share stuff too. Service is friendly and authentic and the staff know their stuff, also willing to accommodate too. Nice wine and drinks lot as well. Definitely will be back and highly recommend

Ended up dining here last week as all the other spots on bridge road were booked out. The Condescending waiter tries to give a tone to this venue but the whole experience was disappointing. Is definitely not worth the price they charge. Down the road at fratillino you can get better food at almost half of their price. We won't be going back for sure.

I got the Sorrento Pizza (mix seafood, garlic, Fior Di Latte, Mozzarella, Rocket, Cherry Toms, Bottarga & Lemon) delivered to The Collection Bar. I was very delighted to see how delicious it looked, smelt and tasted which is now my No.1 favourite in Melbourne!
