Fusion Cafe & Desserts

The first day I arrived to Hobart with my family, we were looking for a nice brunch to have, we saw the fusion cafe and my spirits changed, the food was breath taking and the staff were very kind and friendly, this cafe and restaurant is above highly recommended and we had a wonderful experience!👌

Our waffles were made fresh with passion and care. It was not overly sweet and the balance was just right. The service was excellent and the Pastry Chef was professional and friendly. We are looking forward to try their unique specialty - Chicken Tandoori savoury Waffle Pizza- and we can't wait to treat ourselves again with a delicious Brownie Waffle. Highly recommended if you are after quality food and a friendly service.

Really great pancakes - huge servings that we couldn't finish but wish we could have as they were so delicious! Also great pizza waffles, something very unique and worth trying. Highly recommended

Love this cafe, a unique concept. Tried most items. HIGHLY recommend their desserts, especially their brownies, literally melts in your mouth! Their new creation pizza waffles are pretty good with a savoury waffle base, a must try. Not many pancake options in Hobart but this cafe also makes scrumptious pancakes. Tasty burgers with some great sides. Presentation of items is also pretty neat. Would definitely recommend.

Fusion cafe is a safe, comfortable haven. Wonderful deserts and a stunning arrangement of hot beverages. Wow.
