French Accent

We had been so looking forward to coming to French Accent after reading all about it. We booked in advance. Unfortunately the menu had run out of and changed some of the items but were not offered discount. Was not told at time of booking. Had to wait over an hour for anyone to offer another drink. All food is cold. That said the theatrics were fabulous and the food was a mixture of okay to amazing. Service by the guys was awesome however the ladies looked annoyed like they didn't want to be there. I have to admit, I can't quite trust a French restaurant that doesn't make it's own butter, this is the benchmark! Duck and croissant burger were a hit. Overall 6/10 but could be made better by having the menu items hot food and more service. Would go back for a second try as we enjoyed the interactive elements.

There are not many places in Perth where you get interactive and theatrical food experiences like this. Absolute gem of a place. Delicious food and great service!

It’s a dinning experience where science meets food. 4 courses and you get to participate in the way the food ends up. The staff were marvellous and the French accents adds to the atmosphere. You will not be sorry you booked

Went there for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience!! Loved the interactive culinary/gastronomy explanations, it was just different and we loved it! It was not a busy night so the waiting staff were able to just go through everything with us!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE An AMAZING experience with EXCEPTIONAL food and WONDERFUL wait staff The ONLY criticism I would have is I'd love to see more than one vegetarian option in each course on menu Will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Fun restaurant to try on a date or anniversary... or even if you're just looking for something different. The genuinely French waiters made the French dining experience all the better lol. I wont spoil it for you as its an experience in itself... strongly recommend the confit duck,

Ambiance and decoration of the place so amazing and cheerful. Service was great! Loved the food have to add very friendly staff.

Fun concept restaurant with lots of theatre to the meal. The only minor negative is that the menu descriptions are minimal to the point where you have no idea on some of the dishes. A line or two about the choices would help and not give away the thrill of the interactions.

What an experience.

We visited my partner and I the 1st on May. We had booked 2 weeks in advance and were very excited to come to French accent. The place is very pretty and well decorated. unfortunately it is extremely loud and the music was very aggressive. (French rap which does not match the atmosphere of the restaurant) Our table was located below the speaker. The service and the staff were quite nice and pleasant. Despite this the service was extremely slow. We had the feeling of having been forgotten several times We stayed 2 hours for 3 courses with 30 min minimum between each course. I felt a lack of consistency in the team. The receptionist is dressed very elegantly. Then the young Frenchman who served us was in T-shirt jeans. Another was wearing a crumpled shirt. Its very confusing place because we couldn't tell if its a fine dining (for the price) or very casuals (for the attitude of the team) In short, no identity. As for the dishes, we ate well. The quality of the food was good and tasty. The croissant/ burger was amazing. On the other hand, the quantity of entries is very poor. And the visual effects are quite disappointing. In conclusion we were rather disappointed with the place and I don't think we will be back
