Lovely place, A+ coffee and added bonus is one stop shop for plants, gorgeous locally made goods and candles. Highly recommend!

Two of us thoroughly enjoyed a late lunch. The food & drinks were excellent; prepared with attention to detail, and tasty ingredients. We enjoyed the afternoon sunlight, choosing a table against the wall of glass doors. There is, of course, for those who prefer it, plenty of room further inside. I've added a photo looking across the outside terrace, to the adjacent grassy area.

As per usual, Frankie's was amazing. There is sometimes a slight wait, but that's probably because half of Carrum Downs are there to enjoy the coffee and food as well! 100% recommend without hesitation.

Great place! Such a great atmosphere! The staff are super friendly and the service is exceptional. Came here near Mother’s Day and there were beautiful flower arrangements on each table. It just goes to show that Frankie’s coffee and Eats really cares about the customer experience!

This place is Amazing. We go here every Saturday for breakfast. We get outstanding customer service every week. The staff are always happy to see us. The food is consistent and is of high quality. The coffee is great. We have nothing to complain about. That is why we keep going back. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Thank you so much to the management and team at Frankies David.

Here's a gem of a restaurant in the Carrum Downs Skye area! Had my birthday brunch here today with my family I had Calamari with salad and chips, it was perfect and my family's meals were all well received and very tasty, very fresh! Definitely 10/10 for the food, the fantastic staff the service was amazing and the atmosphere was warm and inviting ❤

Popped in for a coffee a few weeks ago and have been back almost daily ever since! The atmosphere is amazing with plenty of items for sale from small businesses and the coffee is to die for. The staff is super friendly with Jessica being one of our favourites. Keep up the great work guys!

Had a great Breakfast. One of the best cafes I have been to, even with all the Uber eats orders our meal came out in no time at all.
